Perhaps anyone has some advice here. I've been trying to create a Flying Blue account for my 3yo for a few months and keep getting the same persistent error, telling me to contact customer service.

I tried the WhatsApp, but it's a robot that answers only limited questions and I can't get through to a person.

Has anyone seen this?

What's the trick to get him an account?

We're doing a long haul flight in a few weeks. I'd like to get those points onto our family account.
