Disability discharge option

I recently found out from a different post about the disability loan discharge option. I am 3/4 blind meaning I only see out of 1/2 of one eye. This is definitely affected my ability to work, although I have been working and have found ways to make it work for me. Am I still eligible to pursue the disability for goodness option ? I’ve already asked my primary care physician if they’d be willing to sign the form.
Maybe it’s a longshot, but I figured it’s worth a try.

loan count question

My loans are with Aidvantage, on IBR after switching from SAVE. I've been paying since 2007. These are graduate loans.

When I look at the backdoor loan count, it says I'm not eligible for the 2014 IBR, but would have 209 qualifying payments. For regular IBR, it says zero qualifying payments with 300 to go. What's going on????

And by the way- Aidvantage is sneaky with how they set up autopay. I had though I set that up, but you have to make a regular payment first. I got no notice that I was late or had missed a payment, but I did, so this month's was double.

My monthly payments are more than they've been in years. This stinks.
