I am a B.Tech final-year student currently searching for a job. Recently, I attended my first offline interview. Even though I had prepared for many days and actually knew several of the answers, my mind suddenly went blank during the interview. I became nervous and couldn’t remember or explain things properly.

The worst part was that after coming out of the interview, all the answers started coming back to my mind. I felt really disappointed because I know I could have performed much better.

How do I overcome interview fear and nervousness? How can I improve my preparation so I can remember concepts clearly and explain them confidently during interviews? Any advice from people who faced something similar would really help.
