just Boston qualified my 2nd marathon ever. My first I ran 3:07 in Early November of 25’. I followed pfitz plan 18 week 55-70 mpw. I ran my 2nd marathon over the weekend and finished with 2:46. I’m a m 22 y.o. I have Chicago lined up in the fall and I will sign up for Boston 27’. By Boston 27 I want to run 2:25-2:15. My question is what is next? What plan should I use to get there? Recommendations for when to start training again? Anyone have a better training plan? I hardly did any speed work, just med-long gen aerobic z2-z3 and one long marathon pace per week.
