Please be honest… when did you realize it’s not just “shedding” anymore?

Idk if i’m overthinking or what but lately every time i check my hair under harsh light it looks… different..

like in the mirror it’s fine, but front camera or bathroom light and suddenly my temples look way higher than i remember...

i keep telling myself it’s just lighting or bad angles but then i catch it again and it’s the same thing, no one around me has said anything so maybe i’m just being paranoid..but yeah… for people who’ve gone through this, was there a moment where you realized “okay yeah this is actually happening”?

and what did you even do first… ignore it, meds, or straight into transplant research at 2 am

Just want honest opinions tbh !
