When adding a video, there's the little sound button (it shows for extracted audio as well). It is a slider for the sound with the ability to add keyframes to the video/extracted audio, which I usually use for shorts, videos, or edits. It's worked in the past for me, but ever since April 5th, almost a month ago... It hasn't been working.
When slid, as seen in the video, it stays at 100. Perhaps the numbers just weren't showing correctly, and it did change the sound level! Nope, same sound. To add to the problem, when playing the video, the slider goes back to its original position.
I checked to see if I didn't have the latest version of the app. I did....
I've already reported the problem on the AM website (the same day, April 5th), so there's that.
Supposedly, it's been reported to the dev team, which is nice, but they said they wouldn't be able to give a timeline of when it might be fixed, according to a response to my report from the Alight Motion Support Team. It's request #1891904 btw
The only thing I can do now is... wait.
I have no experience in coding or making an app in any way, so I'll be patient until it gets fixed (not an excuse to slack tho >:[ I use this feature wayyy too much for it to not work).
However, my main question now is whether anyone has experienced this as well or if it's just me?
