What’s everyone thoughts on Kirk Bangstad? This is only the first time I’m actually looking in to him after having this post come across my Facebook feed. I thought it was nice for him to call out a hit piece about Francesca Hong’s credit card debt and relating to it. The thing I found odd though is he says their ideologies overlap, however he believes she’s unelectable because she’s viewed as a socialist and is an Asian American woman that would face severe scrutiny. That really comes off the wrong way to me because he’s asserting the fact that him being a white male makes him more suitable to withstand the pressure but he’s only assisting the avoidance of electing a POC or woman.
