How can I take Sinkiang (which is now a puppet of the soviet union) without going to war with the soviet union?
As the title says, I'm playing as communist china and want to take Sinkiang, but it is a puppet of the SSR and I really don't want to fight them. Is it possible for me to take it through an infiltration decision or something?
