Running my S20+ as a headless home server with Termux. Had DeX working perfectly for months, auto-started every time I plugged in HDMI, never had an issue.
I ran Xvfb (virtual display for running headed Chromium) via Termux and after that the HDMI output just died. Tried pulling the battery and rebooting, dock works fine on other devices, monitor is confirmed working. The board is alive and connected to WiFi but showing no signal on the monitor at all.
The fun part is I'm running this as a bare board with no screen attached, so I can't tap anything to trigger DeX manually. ADB over USB shows the device but as unauthorized, and wireless debugging isn't running after the reboot so I can't get in remotely either.
Has anyone dealt with Xvfb killing DeX output like this? Is there a way to force HDMI output or reset the display subsystem without a screen? Any ADB commands that work without authorization?
