possible wheelchair?

hello!! i was looking for possible advice,, i have fibro and stuff and the pain has been getting worse and i just recently got diagnosed, i see my family doctor on friday and she said she was probably gonna send me to a rheumatologist for more help, i take duoloxitine for my meds and pain and i use a cane but it’s now getting to a point where the pain gets so bad in my legs i have like 10-15, minutes before i need to sit for like a half hour-45 minutes 🥹 i heard some recommendations for like a wheel chair part time? i just wanted some advice about it and to hear experiences cause even my cane only helps so much before i need to sit

so i’ve had this fibro flare up since,, the beginning of last month and i also take care of my sick mother who requires a lot of physical and in home health care with an auto immune disease, i feel worse and worse as the days go on, i haven’t had any time to like self care or anything and when ive had a minute ive had to get up and go do things, im so close to breaking down i can’t do this, im on duoloxitine and i need to see my doctor again cause it’s barely touching it, i just got diagnosed not too long ago and we’re trying different things and stuff but god any advice would be great, my mom had her infusions today and things were good and now she’s not feeling good again and all of a sudden i just have this overwhelming urge to cry, im in so much pain myself but i can’t let myself cry because i have to take care of her i don’t know, i just need advice
