Hello all. I've been gifted a Ricoh printer which I planned using with my small business to print labels and flyers, but the damn thing is so temperamental. I seriously just want to throw it over a bank.

My computer is Windows 11. The SP software is downloaded. The computer finds the IP address. I've changed settings to label, ect, and now it won't even print a test page. It doesn't do anything. I've rebooted it, ect... it's like it just went mute. Now the computer can't find the Printer Properties.

I've been trying to find troubleshooting videos on YT but none address my issue. *Any* help would be much appreciated!
