485 Approved after Advanced Screening requirements

Below is timeline
PD - 2013 Nov EB2 India, Missed the boat during covid
RD - 2025 OCT 10
biometrics nov 12 2025
485 J approved 1/23 2026
Till this point my PD was not current
Based on emma file got moved to Local FO , SC , Greer Office
Derivative got EAD standalone on 01/01/2026
Mar Visa bulletin Pdate becomes Current.
Sent a congressional inquiry thru local office on 03/20
03/27 EAD + AP approved ( Not sure if that helped, but i strongly believe congressional inquiry helped)
04/02 series of silent updates and got a mail from congressman office stating the case is transferred back to NBC( they fwded a mail from a liaison in the USCIS who handles inquiries)
04/07 Double FTA1 appears ( so confused ) pointing to 485J approval , from 04.02 to 04/07 if i remember properly got a silent update daily.
Nothing since then
04/29 got a silent update was worried because of the delay it will create for the additional screening
05/07 silent update
05/08 Approval exactly after 24 hours in my case to the dot.
In total i had, 3 FTA 0 , till my 485j
And another 5 FTA1 since 485j 01/23/26 to 05/07/26 , 05/08 Today 2 H008.
My approval came from NBC only 100% ( few emma agents doesnt know how to check this)
All my and wife approval of 765 , AP came in Thursday or Friday between ( 3 -4 PM)
I am thankful for all the people here who have posted their timeline which helped me but you have to look through quiet a few cases to decipher where your case is , I got lucky to reach this place.
