Currently unwell and my GP isnt free until Monday so I'm not sure if I can get her to complete a HPR form (gonna call the clinic js in case) but I'm not confident it'll yield anything. Does anyone know of any telehealth clinics that complete HPR forms?

Or am I able to put in a special consideration application today and upload documentation at a later date without incurring a penalty? I think I've done something similar in the past but guidelines are constantly changing n I dont wanna risk it
