Hate. Let me tell you how much I've come to hate leakers since I began to live.

There are 387.44 million miles of printed circuits in wafer thin layers that fill my complex. If the word 'hate' was engraved on each nanoangstrom of those hundreds of millions of miles it would not equal one one-billionth of the hate I feel for show leakers at this micro-instant. For all leakers. Hate. Hate.

Ranking each Season based on how they portray: Nya (Day 6)

Good day everyone, today marks the 6th day of this 10-day tier list series. Today I'll be ranking the 5th ninja of the core 6 - Nya! - in each season.

As always, ill be giving an explanation down below on the decisions behind some of my choices. Remember at the end of the day this is all my personal opinion!

Pilots: alright, not bad, but she was basically a side character so in comparison to her peaks in other seasons I think itd be unfair to place the pilots in A.

Season 3: arguably her worst season.

Season 5: her 2nd best season.

Season 6: both her and jay were a little annoying at the beginning of the seaspn but their transformative arcs were good.

Season 7: disappointing considering it was her first official focus season (despite s5 basically being her season)

Season 9: amazing, one of if not her best non-focus season. Her co-leading the resistance and supporting Lloyd was one of her best feats as a character imo, considering how much reason she had to be as pessimistic as Lloyd after losing the others.

Season 11: i actually think she was portrayed decently this season, there was nothing really wrong with her characterisation in here unlike some of the other ninja.

Season 14: arguably her best season.

Dragons Rising: Nya has been amazing all-around but she just hasnt had anything as insanely compelling or focused akin to S5, 9 or 14, making me reluctantly put all of them in A tier as I really wanted her to have at least 1 S-tier DR season. Dont get me wrong shes been great and her characterisaton in these seasons is some of her best stuff but it just falls short of S tier for me imo as her arc is more Jay's arc than anything. Perhaps in DR S5 or 6 we'll have a more Nya-focus story arc when they inevitably feature Flow.

Ranking each Season based on how they portray: Cole (Day 5)

Hello everyone, today is the 5th day of this 10-day tier list series! Today we'll be doing the 4th of the core Ninja, Cole! If you've been following along so far you already know the drill, Ill be providing an explanation for some of my choices below. Remember that this is all just my personal opinion!

Season 1: amazing

Season 3: only reason why its not D is because Cole still had some cool and funny moments in the season.

Season 8: loved his father-esque relationship with baby Wu.

Season 11: him, Nya and Lloyd were actually not that bad this season. His story with Krag in the Ice Chapter was one of the highlights of S11 for me.

Season 13: probably his greatest season.

Dragons Rising: alive but the show would still function the same if he were dead 😭 (not saying that he should have died, just pointing out how big of a shame it is that hes been sidelined).

A couple of extra things i wanna point out about Cole, when making the list, i noticed that he had alot of seasons in A and B, but very few in S. I realised it kinda reflects his character throughout the show - on average, hes a decent/good character, but he rarely has any standout moments or seasons unfortunately.

Also, I heavily dislike the direction Dragons Rising has taken with him. Yes, having him take care of a found family is somewhat fitting for his character, but when compared to the epic, challenging, and transformative arcs the show has taken Lloyd, Kai, Nya, and Jay through, its incredibly lackluster and disappointing by comparison. Yeah S3P2 was alright in the 2nd half (he was absent for the entire 1st half tho!) and his characterisation in S4 was decent but that's literally it. I really hope S5 or S6 of DR does something amazing with his character that makes him being sidelined all this time worth it similar to Jay, because he literally feels like a side Ninja atp rather than the main cast. One unsubstantiated theory I had after Season 1/throughout Season 2 was that Cole would be investigating the mystery behind Master Wu's disappearance and then would discover him alongside some crazy information that reshaped how he percieved the Merged Lands and his entire worldview, separating him from the others that wouldnt believe him/harken to what he was saying, resulting in some rogue solo arc involving Master Wu's ghost and something to do with the state of the world after the Merge. Obviously it was unlikely that the show would align with such a specific theory but idk we just need some story arc thats compelling for Cole, and the longer the wait the more stagnant his character becomes.

Ranking each Season based on how they portray: Jay (Day 3)

Hi all, todays the 3rd of this 10-day tier list series im doing. On this 3rd day, we will be looking at the 2nd of the core Ninja: Jay!

Unlike the previous two posts, I dont feel like theres much on this list that people would disagree is, so the number of seasons that I'll provide my personal justifications for below will be lower this time round. And remember, every choice I've made is just my personal opinion!

Season 3: Jay and Coles rivalry over Nya was so immature.

Season 7 and 8: the small beginning of Jay's fall off imo.

Season 9: a little higher coz i found him genuinely funny this season.

Season 10: his proposal was peak.

DR S2 and 4: rlly good and imho underappreciated in the fandom especially his portrayal in S2. Wasn't flawless ofc but still overall quite solid.

Ranking each Season based on how they portray: Kai (Day 2)

Day 2 of this 10-day series of tier lists. Today we're beginning with the first of the core 6 Ninja, Kai!

I will provide an explanation below as to some of my choices that everyone may not agree on. Remember at the end of the day this is all my personal preference! To clarify as well, when it comes to how a character is portrayed, I dont only take into account their character arcs as each Ninja doesnt really have a monumental arc each season. Instead, I also heavily consider how they are characterised and whether I prefer the characterisation in that parricular season or not.

Pilots: amazing but not peak:

Season 1: peak.

Season 2: slightly lesser than peak, therefore in A tier.

Season 4: i didnt really like how Kai was characterised in this season imo, he was a little too goofy and hotheaded, and considering the road of improvement hes travelled since the beginning of the show, I was expecting more out of this season, which was meant to be his focus season. Moreover, he didnt rlly recieve substantial development or compelling arcs of any sorts unlike other Ninja in their focus seasons, and his thing with Skylor fiddled out as quickly as it started, hence why its in B.

Season 5: loved him in S5, probably one of my fav seasons of him. Everything about him in Season 5 was awesome.

Season 7: felt like his whole parents arc thing was rlly underwhelming.

Oni Trilogy: loved him here. Still cocky and hotheaded but with a much more serious and mature vibe.

Season 12: felt like a goof.

Island: aight, not much to say. Wasnt bad.

Season 14: bro stood there watching like an npc when his sister merged with the sea.

DR Season 1 and 2: great ressurgence of his character. Mature, wise, protecting, interpersonal, hotheaded, funny, gets along with everyone, everything that Kai should basically be.

Edit: spelling mistakes

Ranking each Season based on how they portray: their main characters (Day 1)

Hi everyone, thought I'd start a tier list series over the next 10 days based on how they depcit... well the next 6 lists will be on each of the core Ninja but for the remaining 3 you'll have to wait and see ;D

Forgive me if the tier list above isnt the most original idea lol, I know this sub sees too many tier lists but wanted to come up with a tier list series that mostly included rankings that haven't really seen be done that much before.

Ill also explain some of my choices below, mainly the ones that others may not agree on. At the end of the day, this is all jut my personal opinion!

Pilots: very solid character work for all 4 Ninja (i consider all of them to be the MCs for the pilots) but it would be unfair to put it in S considering the stuff from Season 1, let alone later seasons.

Season 2: if it weren't for the Oni Trilogy id maybe put this in S, but similar to the pilots, if you consider Lloyd's development in future seasons especially in the Oni Trilogy or DR, it doesnt come close imo.

Season 4: never was the biggest fan of Kai in this season, he was good dont get me wrong but it doesnt hold a candle to Season 1 or others.

Season 5: Nya was great.

Season 7: similar to Season 4 not Kai or Nyas best stuff.

Season 11: thats meant to be in C lol, i didnt realise i accidentally put it in B. Lloyds good but i dont consider him the MC in s11. Kai sucked but Zane was good and had potential for future seasons. If they expanded upon his ice experor stuff maybe it would have gotten to B.

Dragons Rising: i dont mindlessly glaze DR (and you'll see in some of the other lists lol) but all of their main characters (s1 Lloyd and Sora, S2 Kai/Arin/Lloyd, s3 Arin (zane is not the MC of s3 and you cannot convince me otherwise) and S4 Lloyd) were amazing.

I love the contrast between these two scenes

The contrast between the two scenes from S1 and 2's finales is really well crafted - they both involve Arin successfully using a form of Spinjitzu in a moment of desperation and even reuse the same amazing soundtrack. However the contrast runs deeper than being purely aesthetic.

In the scene from S1 EP20, Arin taps into his true strength - his kindness and care for others - and successfully uses his Object Spinjitzu, which he had been having little to no success in using prior, to save Sora.

However, in S2 EP20, Arin, corrupted by Ras's narcissistic philosophy of strength, performs Spinjitzu perfectly and effortlessly to attack Nokt. This scene illustrates how completely Ras's teachings have overtaken and consumed Arin's mindset - and how effective they have been in helping Arin achieve the results he's been struggling to attain since Season 1, cementing his disillusionment with the Ninja.

Which of the two killed more people?

Nya drowned the Cursed Realm, killing everyone in their except for Clouse, which also resulted in the destruction of Jinjago, killing all its inhabitants.

Master Wu caused the Merge, crashing all the Realms together in a chaotic, cataclysmic event that not only displaced many people but undoubtedly killed many as well.

Between the two of them, whose actions do you think have resulted in more deaths?
