[Tenant US-GA] landlord asking us to leave and doesn't seem legal

Hey everyone, so we moved in to this trailer about 2 months ago, the landlord was picky to begin with but we didn't have much option in our situation. But most of everything was normal, keep the house clean, all that. But she just told us today that we have to leave because our kids went into a shed while playing with their friends (fact) and destroying her garden (absolutely not, our girls WOULD NOT get themselves dirty like that. Our oldest won't even use a bowl that just recently had food in it if you washed it in front of her.) and we overslept one day and the bus dropped the girls off and the girls had to bang on the door to get our attention, that's another reason they noted. But either way she has no proof of the garden thing, no evidence of anything really. She is also kicking out the other kids and their parents. I've paid rent every week. I've passed inspections. She even told me to use her as a reference because we are on good standing. Is this legal? She said if we don't leave by Jun 28th she's going to start an eviction process. We haven't broken any actual rules, unless you count a 20oz the kids left outside or something. She has given no evidence that our kids actually did this, and we know they wouldn't do the garden thing, and also haven't came home dirty either. I personally think it's because the kids are loud when they are all playing and she doesn't like it so she's basically ASKING us to leave while threatening eviction but that's not how she worded it. Anyways, I can answer questions or anything. More just frustrated and stressed than focused at the moment. This came out of nowhere and I'm already struggling as it is. So.. Yeah. Thank you guys for anything.

We have a week to week lease agreement I believe. Never dealt with that and we had to move super fast and accept what we could get, since someone asked.

We also have a special needs child. Idk if that matters but I feel as if it should.
