Almost killed someone with my Xiaomi 6 max

Hi everyone, I need to warn all current and future owners of the new Xiaomi Electric Scooter 6 Max.

I just experienced a catastrophic safety failure that could have ended in a serious injury or legal trouble for me. While I was manually pushing the scooter across a curb (not touching the throttle), the motor suddenly engaged at 100% torque on its own.

The scooter did a violent "wheelie" and lunged forward, almost hitting a pedestrian (a young woman) in the head with the front wheel.Because of its 30kg paired with 1100w peak motor power it felt like i was trying to stop a bull, luckily i held grip on the brakes and stopped the scooter few centimeters from the womans head while she was sitting.

When i got my xiaomi 6 max scooter the app immediately recommended me a update,i ignored it firstly,i did some research and read that it supposedly fixes known bugs.I should've not updated but you cant help a naive person and i updated it.I noticed theres no cruise control to enable,if anyone got their 6th gen please tell me do you have cruise control before updating
