Bathrooms!!

Hi!!! As an FYI- there are tons of porta-potties by the silent disco building! They’re kinda tucked away if you end up being over by the kilby stage majority of the time, but are worth going to. Every time I saw the huge lines for any building bathrooms, I went to the portables & was able to get in and out in ~5-10 mins.

Hi!

I’m 25F- 5ft6in and 165lb. I’m pretty active but haven’t lost any weight and been at a plateau for a long time. I want to lose 20lbs by next June. I have a lot of events next summer that I would love to feel more comfortable in my skin when attending. I’m starting to work with a nutritionist (first appointment is next week!) I know my weight plateau isn’t from lack of activity but improper food choices and nutrition. Every time I try a deficit I struggle to keep myself accountable but I know it needs to be done. I’ve tried and failed but this is the first time I’m seeking professional advice and I want to be successful this time around. I want to enjoy all these events without feeling self conscious in every photo I take. I also want the lifting & running I do to pay off but I think that’s in part not happening given my bad diet. So any other tips on how you’ve stayed motivated and kept yourself accountable throughout your weight loss would be super helpful.
