I work at a fancy restaurant that lets every member of staff pick a drink that they like to put in the menu. I’m not a bartender but i love mezcal and rum drinks so I am trying to figure out what I can choose as my pick for the summer menu with either of those as the base spirit. Ideally something that can be batched with little work on the pickup so that the bartenders don’t hate me and something approachable enough that guests will be intrigued based on the ingredient listing alone. Please give me suggestions for cocktails i can try for inspiration!
