Oak floors

Hi everyone, so downstairs we have 2 lounges with real oak floor, entrance is beige ties , kitchen and dining is black tiles , it looks so patchy. We had water leak problems in all the rooms downstairs due to last owners not disclosed plumbing problems and roof problems. Any way we are having a big renovation project due to that and I would like to unify the floor. We thought lvt initially , but a couple of builders said our oak floors are too expensive and it would be ashame to replace. Now I am a bit lost should I keep them? If I do, it's not possible to get real oak for the eest of the house , what can I get to match ? I will sand and restain everything to look the same if we went that way. Or should I just stick to lvt everywhere?
