No greenery or flowers, will it come back next year?
Second year big leaf blue and purple hydrangea. The other one 2 plants down from this one is coming back and producing leaves. This one didn't. I did nothing differently to either of them. Will it come back next year if I replant it somewhere else? I took it out of the ground already. Some advice would be great before I toss it!
