36hrs. I'm in it now.
I smoked for about 13 years. I was essentially tapering off by the end to 2-3 Orange American Spirits a day. Then someone gave me a Zyn...That was 6 years ago. I quit smoking completely, but I was up to almost a can a day this last year.
I made a decision last month that I wanted to be nicotine free by memorial day (which is around my anniversary and b-day). I have been tapering off 1 pouch a day for about a month. Last week I only used 2 a day. By this weekend I only used 1 on Saturday and it didn't even do anything for me.
I see everyone on here stories and struggles so I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous.
As of yesterday I am officially nicotine free and ahead of schedule! I am in It to win it.
