Medroxyprogestrone Effects
Hi everyone! I would love to hear any personal experiences or thoughts to my current situation to maybe help me feel better about what’s going on right now. For context, I hadn’t had a period since December, and was dealing with horrible digestion and reflux issues so I went to the doctor in May. He prescribed me medroxyprgestrone for 10 days to induce a bleed. Ok about day 7 of the pills I got a bleed. It has now been about a week since I finished the pills and my bleed ended a few days ago. Since starting the pills my mental state has been horrible. So much anxiety, stress, and really heightened emotions. I also just feel SO ugly. Bloated, horrible acne, I look at in the mirror and don’t even see myself. Im also craving so much bad food which is not normal for me, I found myself spoon deep in the PB jar this morning. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Can I expect it to get better soon? I haven’t seen really much improvement, if anything it’s gotten worse.
