There's a mentally-ill man dressing up with a Jeffrey Epstein facemask outside my shop and scaring customers off. Police aren't doing anything.
This has been going on weeks now. He stands outside wearing a paper mask of Jeffrey Epstein's face.
He's protesting, but he isn't on my premises. He just scares customers away.
My own surname is Epstein and he's found my business through Companies House. This unwell man believes there is a connection to me and the island.
Police have said he has a right to protest as long as he doesn't step foot on my premises or block the door.
He's stopped blocking the door, but he's still scaring customers who try to enter my shop.
He's there pretty much 4 or 5 hours each day. I've tried speaking with him, but he just becomes extremely irrational and starts accusing me of being involved.
Is there really nothing the police can do?
I've been posting a loss for the past 4 months due to some issues with suppliers, so I don't have cash on hand to hire my own solicitor right now. I've used my reserves to pay my staff's salaries first.
If anyone can give me some advice on making the police act, I would really appreciate it.
