Has anyone successfully recovered a YouTube channel after a Spam/Deceptive Practices termination?

I'm looking for advice from other YouTube creators who have experienced a channel termination under the Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams policy.

My channel, Mini Food Factory ASMR, was terminated without a warning or strike. I appealed, but the appeal was denied. The response confirmed the policy category but did not identify the specific video, activity, metadata, link or behaviour that caused the termination.

My content was AI-assisted miniature food entertainment. I personally created the concepts, wrote the scripts and prompts, directed the videos and edited the finished videos myself. I did not use bots, buy views/subscribers, manipulate engagement, use sub4sub, run scams or intentionally use deceptive links.

The channel had recently started receiving significantly more views before it was terminated.

I've contacted u/TeamYouTube on X, and they have acknowledged my case and said they would discuss the next steps via DM. I'm currently waiting for that follow-up.

I'm not looking to circumvent the termination or create another channel. I'm trying to understand what triggered the enforcement and hopefully get a proper review.

Has anyone here had a similar experience and eventually had their channel reinstated? If so, what happened and what escalation route worked?

Any genuine experience or advice would be appreciated.
