Cap 1 horror stories
Im cap 1 and our bins are a complete mess bc
- no one ever fixes on hands or
- the system doesn’t record labels properly
But all of that causes the system to ask for pointless picks on top of the daily ones. Today we had 7 pallets of picks in gm alone. Hba and pharmacy is also a nightmare, We never finish stocking them and that makes our coach and tl mad af. Over night adds to the pallets of picks which makes things even worse our topstock (an entirely different headache) barely gets done bc the first 2 hrs are spent stocking picks from the day before. On top of that the company is cutting hrs so everyone is working 3-4 days (if lucky) and full timers keep calling out. So much fun huh
