Any recomended tour for Mt. Fuji?

Hi, I'll be going to Japan next november, Kawaguchiko is the last stop before our Tokyo finale.

I was told that if the weather is clear, we can watch everything on our first day, so I'm looking for any tips for the second day in case everything goes well on the first day.

I think there are caves around the area, besides the infamous wood and lakes, but every tour I've looked seems pretty lame (also, almost every tour starts at Tokyo)

Sooooooooooo if anyone had a similar experience or situation, I'd be grateful if you can share me some tips!

PD: English is not my mothertounge, sorry if I have some gramatical errors.

Any recomendations? First time visiting Japan and I'm losing my mind!

Hi! First of all, english is not my native language, so bear with me if something is grammatically incorrect. Also, I'm from a country where the date is marked as dd/mm/yyyy so that'll be the way I'll be writting dates mostly, I apologize if someone gets confused along the way.

My son-to-be wife and me are going to Japan in november as a honeymoon trip (it's just a facade, the trip was planned since our first dates, the honeymoon tittle is just for fundraising with family and friends)

Nov 11 - Our trip beggins at the date of 11/11/2026. We arrive at Narita around 12PM, then we have a flight bound to Osaka, so our check-in at Osaka will be AROUND 7-8PM, pretty late, that's why we will use that hole night for sleep and get some recovery.

Nov 12 - The plan for this day is expending most of the day at USJ (Nintendo and Harry Potter World mostly), I'm getting the express pass so we can ease some of the queues and waiting times. At night maybe some light dinner near the Hotel (our hotel is in a place ~5 minutes walking to the Osaka-Namba station). I choose this day for USJ basically because it's Thursday, hoping for lighter turist traffic at the park.

Nov 13 - All day in Osaka, nothing more. Shopping, Dotonbori, pictures, etc.

Nov 14 - On this day, I'm hoping that most of the Jetlag toll is getting to an end (or finished if we are lucky). So, we are going directly to Nara for a day Trip, and getting to Kioto from Nara. Again, our hotel is merely 3 blocks from Kioto Station, so we are getting to the hotel fast for our check-in, quick shower and then we head to Gion zone for dinner, nothing to big so we can rest properly.

Nov 15 - Historic Kyoto part. Nikishi Market, Higashiyama, Pontoncho, etc. Light walking day through this area, which I read it's more transitable in sundays rather than saturdays.

Nov 16 (Heavy day) - Fushimi Inari as early as possible (I moved this from sunday to monday after reading that it's usually less crowded at mondays) after walking the path (not completelly, I know there's a Shrine at the top but we´re saving it for another time) we are moving to Uji (Nintendo Museum and some Matcha for my wife.

Nov 17 - Start the day at Arashiyama bamboo forest and spend most of the day in that area, maybe go near kyoto station zone to buy things and thats it.

INTERMISION: This part is where I need more advise because it's a desisive point in the schedulle.

My first idea was:
-End the Arashiyama part earlier

-Move to Nagoya and try to enter its castle

-Meet up with a friend that lives there and eat hotpot at his apartment with his newly wife

-Nov 18: Shirakawa day-trip, return to nagoya and sleep

-Nov 19: Move to hakkone until 21/11/2026

-Spend the last days at Tokio.

Now, We changed the plan a bit (A lot) and now we have te option to go to Takayama FROM Kioto (not Nagoya base or anything) sleep there, then Shirakawa day trip and then move to Kawaguchiko at Mt. Fuji base instead of getting to Hakone.

We liked this part because of the Alpine sights and towns, but move in that area sounds pretty tiring and time consuming, also, my fiancé tends to get dizzy pretty quick when she's in a vehicle that she's not driving (for example ALL THE BUSES NEEDED TO MOVE IN THAT AREA). So, I figured a Plan B, which consists in

A) Deleting the Alpine Part

B) Go from Kyoto to Magome-Tsumago area for a couple of days THEN move to Kawaguchiko and then move to Tokio as planned.

I've read some post across the internet in which some say that that area is fabulous and others say that it's meh. The thing for me is that this plan is a lot lighter in train/bus logistics but it takes time to move from Kyoto-Magome-Fuji so I feel like we'll be wasting time and should try something different, looking for a more alpine/old town sightseeing trip for another time.

ALSO there's a plan C, which combines a lot of things if I'm not wrong, the plan goes like this:

Nov 11 - Nov 17: Trip stays the same, we spend most of the day in the bamboo forest area in Kyoto.

Nov 17 (Evening): We move to Nagoya to spend the night there, since we got our friend there, he can guide us through some sights and dinner at a hidden gem place known only by locals.

Nov 18: Day-trip to Shirakawa-go. That´s it, me get back to Nagoya at the evening and maybe try the hotpot thing with our friend at his place

Nov 19: Move as earlier as we can to Kawaguchiro, if weather is forgiving, we can hit the Famous pagoda (forgot its name) and some other parts, end the night at an Onzen or something cool

Nov 20: Wake up early to try and see Fuji. Try anything that we couldn't achieve the day prior, maybe hit Fuji-Q for some adrenaline or try to look for a tour around the Mt. (maybe get to the infamous wood we all know).

Nov 21: Move to Tokio as early as we can so we can explore more it's streets.

Nov 22 - Nov 25: Tokio with a day trip to Nikko

I'm getting to the end of this extremely long post, but bear with me (If you're still reading haha)

I'm starting to like Option C because we still get the first path right, we get to see an alpine town (Shirakawa), our time wasted by moving to other places gets reduced so we got more time to spare at our listed locations and here it comes, IF EVERYTHING GOES AS PLANNED (Or roughly a 60%-70%) WE CAN SPEND OUR LAST DAY IN TOKIO AT KAMAKURA LOOKING SEAGULLS (If there's any) AND COOL STUFF.

So, we finally hit the end of this post, it's bigger than anything I have written in a long period of time but the thing is that I want to get a lot of this trip, but also i want to really ENJOY those places, that why I erased the heavy alpine part, to get more time to contemplate those already planned places.

If any of you would be so kind to point out all the flaws of my options, make some suggestions or just laugh at my OCD trying to get every part of this trip as perfect as possible, I'd be grateful!
