I work in a family owned outpatient private practice clinic. Pay is above average, but our benefits are not good.

- 10 days PTO (20 after 5 years)
- high premium health insurance.
- no designated CEU

The one that KILLS me is no 401k. Instead we have a Roth IRA with no match. Any tips on how to persuade my employer to start this for us?

My clinic is having an inservice on fascia. My personal research and anecdotal experience has me not considering it as anything more than a component in the neuromuscular system that requires progressive loading.

Are there any convincing arguments that it can be or should approached in a more primary way?
