I could look this up but maybe the internet has an answer that doesn't cut into my lunch break. I was able to find that 45 minutes are given for the practical exam portion. But would anyone know what the time limits are for CSA W47.1 and W59?

I chose 5/8 bolts purely because they looked badass, I know its overkill. and the electric wire is being tacked back on momentarily
Home inspector pointed this out before we bought the house, seems easy enough. It spans the kitchen and ends under the wall for the kitchen/bathroom
My plan is to replace it with a 2ply 1.75 x 11.875 LVL beam. Its an 11.5ft span with a small island in the center and kitchen sink above the white post. Quartz counter tops.
Doesn't have to meet inspection, just my peace of mind.
The wall it supports shouldn't be load bearing, but its an old house, who knows.
As for the bathroom floor where it falls short of. That's for another day and a separate beam to go around utilities.
My research says it should be fine, but I'm posting for a second opinion.
