What sharpening system should I buy? I want an easy system that does not require a lot of prep or skill but get the job done for me.

I don´t need a razor sharp edge since my main knifes will be kitchen and swiss army knife.
I want something simple that gets the job done and does not require a lot of effort to set up.
If I need 30 min prep time I will not use it probably.

Nakiri search

Hello everyone, im new to Japanese knifes so I hope for some help. I cut a lot of veggies (personally at home, I'm no chef). I heard that Nakiri are made for veggies and have no idea where to start. Some recommendations would be good to have

Shark will not be my blade

I tested the Feather now twice and I can't work with it. Over hyped?

Because of the hype I thought, this is the ultimate blade.

I tested it now twice and it was not good. I had way better shaves with cheaper blades.
