I was reading SOTR again for the millionth time and it got me thinking. We know Clerk Carmine was in D13. We also know Haymitch knew that D12 only winner was a Covey girl based on what Snow showed him.

I like to think Haymitch and CC made up in D13 and he told ger Lucy Grays story. That would be nice 😌
