Anyone know how to counter Blaine’s scovillan in 4.0? I swear no matter what Pokemon I use he out paces mine and one taps. What Pokemon is best/easiest to beat him.

Can someone help me with my team, I keep getting one shotted by his Swellow with boomburst and Mega toxtricity
