Going to RP in a couple of weeks and would like to take the family out on a fishing trip. Not looking for a full day excursion but perhaps a half day or so? My kids are 12 and 8. Recommendations are appreciated. TIA
Have had our mid-term for nearly a year and our last renter moved out at the beginning of this month and we have yet to have any bookings. Trying not to panic and hope our luck will change once the school fall college semester gets closer.
Question. We’ve adjust the price by $200 and if rented that will cover our base costs as utilities are included. Has anyone dropped their rates where they’re at a break even point? Is that something we should consider? Tucson, isn’t exactly the premier destination during the hot months so we’re kind of thinking the worst should we not get any hits. Wondering what you all do in these situations.
