Pauline Hanson on international students and English requirements for universities
She is right. Being proficient in English should be a basic requirement to get a qualification from our universities.

We provided sufficient notice that we are ending our rental agreement, and have assured them we are happy to work with them to make sure they fill the vacancy as early as possible. But they keep booking in inspections without asking whether or not we're free, and often doing it with less than 48 hours notice, and even tried to book one on a public holiday with less than 48 hours notice... lol... They even tried to say they are except from the "public holiday" law...
I've pushed back on it, unless they provide us with the 48 hours notice and actually communicate their intentions to us. I said we would be free this Saturday after 3pm. So what did they do? Today, provided us with a window between 9am and 2pm for an open inspection, with less than 48 hours notice hahahha.
Anyway.. my question is the signage out the front. They installed a huge "FOR LEASE" sign without asking for access to the property or providing us with notice. It's technically on the property. Where do I stand with this sign? Are they allowed to install it without our permission?
Frankly I am a bit annoyed. We had someone show up today, walking in our front-yard and taking pictures without our consent, and presumably without the authorisation of the REA. I understand that the REA cannot prevent this, but the sign out the front feels like an invitation for people to snoop.
If anyone has any opinions or perspectives it would be appreciated. Thanks!
I am debating whether or not to take the sign down. I'm not a fan of people walking onto our property and taking photos.
tldr: we ended our rental agreement, and agent is trying to find new tenants. we are having unsolicited privacy violations, people walking onto our front yard and taking photos. There is a huge "FOR LEASE" sign that the agent installed without asking permissions. Can we remove the sign? Do they need our consent to install the sign?
edit: added tldr
