Fellow Rotarians! What is everyone using to securly share passwords? I am looking at Team Password, price seems reasonable, however would like any and all input. We are looking to stay away from a shared google sheet.

Hey everyone! I recently had to replace a bent fan blade on my outdoor AC unit after a mouse (or rat) got inside and jammed the fan. Definitely not a fun thing to discover.
Then I found another one stuck between the condenser coils that looked like it had gotten trapped and died there. At first, I thought they were getting in from the attic, but I've since sealed the gaps around the refrigerant lines with steel wool and spray foam, so I don't think that's the issue anymore.
I'm kind of at a loss on what to do next. Has anyone else had this happen? Any tips for keeping rodents out of the outdoor unit? I'd really like to avoid another expensive repair.
I'm in a Houston suburb, so I was wondering if the condensation around the unit might be attracting them, or if this is just something that happens from time to time.
