Hi! What email address can I contact if I have a question regarding my ID processing and course schoolbook not syncing in?

For context (if needed):
- I am a frosh and I had my ID picture taken with my picture no. written on the back of my previous cor. However, I had to go back immediately sa registrar since they made a mistake with my enrolled subject. I have no more recollection of the written picture no. as the previous COR was thrown away before they gave me a new one without a notice. Who can I contact with regarding my picture no.? (I haven’t sent an email to idcard@dlsud.edu.ph)
- I’ve already synced one of my course on my schoolbook account, but I still don’t have access to the course schoolbook. I messaged my prof and they said that they don’t have access to adding/removing students. Who can I contact regarding this one?
