I've had an ECG made in a hospital as part of a general health check, the comment was "High T-waves", I have discussed with my general practitioner and he doesn't see an issue with the ECG. he mentioned the T-waves are high because of the placement of the leads. What is your opinion on above ECG?

Some background, I'm male, caucasian, 48 years old, 187 cm tall, 70 kg, not super sporty, but in good health, no complaints.
