Help. This tree was originally red plumerias. With last year cold weather i had to trim it all the way down almost to root. They bloomed again. And now the flowers are white. Is this normal ?

Plumerias
My babies (red plumerias) finally about to bloom. It’s originally a tree but had to trim all the way down. Due to the cold weather in Florida last year. I’m so excited.
