I’ve been in my unit for four years and within the last two weeks my glass cooktop has gotten cracked and now it looks like pieces are disintegrating somehow? I have a habit of heating coals for my hookah on one specific burner and I’ve been doing it consistently for several months with no signs of cracks. I have a cleaning lady that’s been coming for close to a year. Last time she left I noticed actual cracks on that burner. That was Saturday. I’ve since heated coals on it and now there’s a small shard of glass actually gone and a coil is exposed slightly. 🫠 Is this from me heating coals over time? Something she maybe did? Do I need to get maintenance to come? Idk how bad this could be potentially. Fml.
