Looking for a thinkpad X280 with 16GB ram and at least an i5-8250U CPU or higher.

Computrace is a no go. Decommissioned systems that didn't get their supervisor passwords wiped, I *may* consider as long as you make note of it and can 100% prove it wasn't stolen (big emphasis on *may*), but a fully unlocked system is preferable.
