Singapore’s new Agentic AI Framework is a wild shift in policy

Hey everyone, I'm a bit of a newbie in the AI tech policy space, but I wanted to share something fascinating that just dropped.

Singapore’s IMDA officially released Version 1.5 of its Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI. What makes this interesting is that it’s an operational blueprint built on real-world test data from over 60 tech giants like Google, AWS, Tencent, and DBS. It’s fascinating to see how these major enterprises are moving completely away from fragile prompt-layer instructions and are executing system-level automation to stop autonomous software from triggering a corporate crisis.

I'm really trying to learn how the rest of the tech world is handling this.

Does your company actually have an explicit AI governance policy yet?

Is it a formal, active framework built into your system architecture, or just a generic PDF sitting on a shared drive?

How is the execution actually going on your teams?
