I do not have much experience, how do people even make a strong resume

I am struggling a bit with building a resume that actually feels strong enough to apply for jobs.

Most of my experience is from school, small internships, and part time work, so I am not sure how to present it in a way that feels competitive.

Every template I try looks fine visually, but I still feel like something is missing when I compare it to others online.

It is hard to know what actually matters more, formatting, wording, or the way you explain your experience.

For people who started with limited experience, what made the biggest difference for you

What employee monitoring software are companies using for compliance and security?

We’ve been reevaluating our workforce monitoring setup recently as our remote team grew, and the biggest challenge honestly hasn’t been productivity tracking, it’s compliance and security visibility.

A lot of employee monitoring software seems built mostly around screenshots and time tracking, but we’re more concerned about things like insider threats, USB/device control, and understanding remote workforce activity without going overboard on micromanagement.

Curious what other IT teams are actually using now and what’s been working for you?

I keep seeing products labeled things like “Testosterone Enanthate 300” online, so I thought I’d make a simple educational post for anyone confused about what it actually is.

Testosterone Enanthate is a long-acting form of testosterone. In legitimate medicine, doctors may prescribe it for men with clinically low testosterone (hypogonadism) after blood tests and proper evaluation.

The “300” usually means 300 mg per mL, which refers to concentration, not quality.

Why people mention it:

  • Testosterone replacement therapy under medical care
  • Increased energy in people with confirmed deficiency
  • Muscle and strength effects (why it’s common in fitness circles)
  • Longer ester means less frequent injections than some shorter forms

Important reality check:

This is still a hormone, not a harmless supplement. Misuse can lead to:

  • Natural testosterone shutdown
  • Fertility issues
  • Acne / hair loss
  • Estrogen-related side effects
  • High red blood cell count
  • Blood pressure / cholesterol concerns
  • Mood changes

Another issue is underground or unregulated products. Label claims don’t always match what’s inside.

If someone genuinely suspects low testosterone, the smartest first step is bloodwork and a licensed doctor, not random internet products.

Curious how many people online actually understand the difference between medical TRT and non-medical steroid use?
