Dawn Redwood Forest Bonsai

First off this poor girl just never seemed happy from the start when I got it shipped from brussels bonsai the roots were completely overgrown going above the soil, didnt wanna repot out of scarce of shocking it cause when it arrived it was deep winter, Watered her the same as I would for my juniper and my juniper is still doing excellent is there any tips to fix this? less water possibly? Its kept in my garage year round with about 16 hours of light

It is my first grow so thought maybe I should just stick it out to learn from my mistakes or is it “fixable” per say will I get a decent harvest still

The first 2 seedlings are photoperiod / moby dick and the one in the bigger pot is an autoflower / gorilla glue. Ive noticed the autoflowers all sprouted longer / faster than the photoperiods which I assumed from the beginning should I remove the humidity dome from all the autoflower pots if they are looking like that then run a fan low setting ? and if they are longer than the photoperiods could that be stretching ? or are autoflowers usually that tall from seedlings. First time grow any tips are really helpful.
