I have 330 of my 600 needed com hours for my basic license, i’m going to school in Minnesota. We need 60 facial quotas to get our license, i’ve been on the floor since April and have only had one facial client and I am set to be done by with my hours by the end of June. The owner said if we finish our hours and still need quotas we will be needing to pay $30 an hour for every hour we’re here, which seems insane to me.
For reference my class is bigger than standard at my school with seven girls in my class, so services that do come in are being split between all of us. My school does hardly any marketing and our prices for facials are $45 which in my opinion is a bit expensive for school. The owner wants us to bring in 2 people a week, which I have been trying but with the prices and people having responsibility’s it’s been hard. I’m worried I won’t get my quotas done in time, what do I do?
