This is one of her repost on her spam account. It’s so embarrassing and pathetic how she can’t let go of John and let him just live a peaceful life.

Girl you got a feminine looking, herpe infested, immature, abusive, and drug addicted fiancé back home with you… you don’t need to worry about John’s anymore! You got everything you deserve

Water fountain recommendations

We have two water fountains and my animals seem to only want to drink out of those, but I’m in the market to replace ours. I’ve noticed there’s alot of nooks and crannies that I don’t feel like I can get clean enough. Any recommendations of fountains with very few parts?

Also I’m leaning towards ceramic or stainless steel. And would I be crazy if I put a UV light in them? We get a lot of natural light in our home and it’s leading to algae buildup in the water fountains

1 month post op and feeling great

Wanted to share a success, I read a lot of scary things when I first started looking into getting my gallbladder removed. I F28 struggled with indigestion, heartburn, and overall just feeling horrible after I ate for a few years. Gallbladder issues was never on my radar, I thought it was because I was getting older and couldn’t handle food the same. In March I had my first gallbladder attack where I legitimately thought I was having a heart attack. I did not go to the ER (dumb I know) but I mentioned it to a friend about that night and she immediately told me to get my gallbladder checked. Made a primary care apt they discovered that I had approximately a 2 1/2 inch gallstone and put me on a gallbladder friendly diet. I was referred to a surgeon and met with them in May. The surgeon suggested I get my gallbladder out sooner, rather than later. I ended up booking my surgery 2 weeks after that appointment. I was really nervous but was ready to not feel so sluggish after I ate.

The first few days post op were rough, but for ways I wasn’t expecting. The constipation from anesthesia and pain meds was rough, gas buildup in my shoulder really hurt and caused me to burp really loudly, and a sore abdomen was hard getting out of bed, and my incision started itching. Plus a bonus for me, my period a 2 weeks after. I only used the prescription pain meds the first two days and then was on ibuprofen and Tylenol for a few days after. After the first few days the only thing left bothering was my incision. At my one week post op appointment they showed me my pictures of my gallbladder, gallstone, and the report. My gallbladder was essentially all gallstone, it was one giant one completely filling the gallbladder, parts of the gallbladder was grey, and my the report suggested it was dying and I had chronic inflammation. I’m also still experiencing swelling fingers after I eat salty food (like Chinese food) but my mom and aunt also experience that so it may just be a genetic thing.

As for bathroom issues I’ve experienced none! A lot of people told me to prepare to 💩 my brains out but that hasn’t been the case. I have slowly tried different triggers foods and haven’t had an issue. Only thing that’s different is food containing gelatin has made my stomach cramp like fruit snacks, marshmallows, jello, and other similar products.

But for me the most success of it all is I don’t feel so run down. I noticed my face/ eyes are not swollen like they use to get, my joins aren’t hurting like they were, I have more energy, and my coworkers told me I have a “glow” in my skin. I know not every story is a success but I wanted to share mine to maybe give some hope that theirs light at the end of the tunnel ❤️
