First time ever and I grew broccoli

I started in February, now it’s middle of May, my one broccoli plant has a broccoli head growing! So excited to see. I have them in five gallon grow bags on my porch steps. Today is mid 90s so I had to move it on my porch to keep cool. I’m worried about them bolting.
How long until I have to harvest?
