First time mom in DUB: semi-private or private? Rotunda vs The Coombe

Looking for some advice on choosing hospitals and what routes to choose. I have no experience with this and have insurance covering my 3 day stay in both a semi-private and private delivery room, during and after birth.
Both are close to our home.
