Hi, I’ve been using Linux Mint since February—it was one of the only distros that worked on my PC. That said, I switched to Mint Debian and installed KDE Plasma, and so far my system has been running really well, with high FPS in games and everything else.

I’d like to understand why people speak so poorly of KDE on Mint Debian?? It’s not a snarky question—as a computer science student, I just like to understand the reasons behind things.

And here's another one of my Rice builds—I just love combining Mint Debian with KDE Plasma (and yes, my system is completely stable)

Hi everyone, how are you? So, I’m a new Linux user and I’m running Linux Mint, but (I think because of limitations with my motherboard, an Acer A520M-DX) I can’t use more complex distros. I’ve tried a few (CachyOS, Bazite, Fedora), and I’d really like to test Fedora/Bazite, but the “Mount Failed Fsopen” error keeps popping up. I know this doesn’t have much to do with the subreddit, but I’d still appreciate it if someone could help me.

Just to avoid questions: CMS and Secure Mode are turned off.
