What's have been your biggest frustration when hiring freelancers?
I've noticed something interesting over the past year. Building websites isn't actually the hard part anymore getting clients who communicate well and pay on time is.
I started out thinking technical skills would be the biggest challenge, but most of my time now goes into understanding business problems, fixing small workflow issues, and helping people save time rather than just delivering a website.
For anyone running a small business or side project, what has been your biggest challenge when hiring freelancers? Poor communication, missed deadlines, pricing, or something else?
I'm curious because I've seen both the client and freelancer side of it, and there seems to be a lot of frustration on both ends.
