Okay so as the title says I've never had a job before and I just finished my first year of college. I needed a job for the summer and just got hired here. I'm really nervous and have no idea what to expect, any advice would be greatly appreciated 😭😭
My job description says general merchandise closing expert. However it also says (in parentheses) fulfillment/inbound? Will I be trained for multiple roles or something? Can anyone give me some tips on what I should do for my first day (shoes to wear, how difficult zoning is etc). I have pretty bad anxiety so I'm worried for how this is going to go. I wanna be well prepared. Thank you!! ❤️
Edit: I forgot to mention I have 2 family weddings in the next 2 months and I don't know how to bring this up to management.. are they strict about calling off? I'm willing to cover extra shifts if needed, I just cannot miss those two events. 😅
