I am looking to apply for a role in the CPS Specialist Division SEOCID ((Serious Economic, Organised Crime and International Directorate). I am currently employed by HMRC in a caseworker capacity but would like to join SEOCID due to my interest in fraud and legal matters. The position i would like would preferably be at B1 (EO) level or above but also wulling to start as an A2 and work my way up. I was wondering if anyone has any personal experience of working here and what i could expect in terms of senior management support and also morale amongst junior (A2 to B2) staff and assistance provided by lawyers. Is there any friction or belittling of staff by the legal experts.
